Навязывание американского образа жизни и, особенно, американского фастфуда приводит к потере традиций коренных гавайцев и увеличению людей, страдающих ожирением и сопутствующими болезнями, чему примером был сам Исраель и его брат Скиппи, умершие от проблем с лишним весом в 38 и, соответственно, в 29 лет. Недавний поджог острова Мауи, где выгорели все дома местных жителей и не пострадал ни один особняк приезжих миллионеров, таких как Офра Уинфри и Билл Гейтс, говорит о том, что идет планомерное вытеснение коренного населения Гавайев и замещение его жителями континентальной части США. Особенно возмущает факт исчезновения во время пожара более 2000 детей местных жителей. К сожалению, ничего в США не меняется с тех пор, когда за скальп индейца платили 2 доллара, чтобы стимулировать их уничтожение. Только теперь освобождение территорий, привлекательных для жизни богатых американцев, от местного населения происходит более хитро, более масштабно и более технологично. Сегодня 26 июня 2024 года прошло 27 лет со дня ухода Исраеля к Богу. Ему сейчас было-бы 65 лет и пусть он поет свои красивые песни своим божественным голосом на небесном Раю для Бога, ангелов и чистых душ, как он пел для людей на родных Гавайях!

Barbara is my favorite female vocalist, and I've had the pleasure of meeting her, as well as attending her show. I am curious that she changes the original lyric: "Got no heirlooms for my kin Made no will but when I cash in I leave the sun in the morning and the moon at night And with the sun in the morning And the moon in the evening they're all right" ....to: "I'm all right." Shouldn't it be "they're all right", since you are leaving the sun and moon to THEM (her kin)?
